Snowfall at base this season 369cm
Posted on Sunday 2nd February 2014 This is an archived report. The latest Furano Now report can be found here.
Late report after a star day yesterday of powder and a warm day today.
Great conditions for the weekend but the winds have picked up again this afternoon. These are the same winds we saw briefly last night.
We have had a good steady flow of powder over the weekend but with warmer conditions it doesn't add to the base.
Snow showers should continue into the night and with luck the winds will disappear again for tomorrow but there is a chance of persistence.
