The slopes have been replenished by new snowfall overnight which is a bit on the wet side but is ideal for covering up some of the thin patches that were starting to occur on the lower slopes.
For those out early there will be some nice areas of untracked snow to play in. The weather is high cloud, and again not particularly cold for this time of year.
The next few days are looking promising with snow forecast through the weekend and into next week.
Night skiing opened on the Kitanomine side last night and with the mild temperatures today it will be a pleasant eveing for a bit of night skiing and taking in the view of the night lights.
