It is a perfect spring day with clear blue sky and the morning sun shining strongly.
It will stay relatively cool. The temperature is -1c now and will go up to a high of +4c.
As it is getting close to the end of the season the snow around the base area has now melted away.
Skiing is restricted to the Furano Downhill 2 chairlift on the upper mountain. Access to this chair is via the Furano Ropeway. It is no longer possible to ski back to the base area.
