Good Day Skiers and Boarders,
No real changes from recent conditions, so no consternation on your part is warranted, nor accepted. I DID request a little refresher snowfall yesterday, and 'ol Mother Nature was kind enough to drop 2 WHOLE CM down on us overnight. Perhaps I need to be more specific.
It's a nice day. Definitely not miserable in any way. Warm enough to run my car thru the car wash as it was covered in gunk from recent wet roads. I usually get about 2 car washes in per winter just to make sure I can still recognize my car. Most of the time it's way too cold to even consider it. Instant frozen doors, etc. Fun Furano car trivia for you: During the depths of winter, Furano-ites cannot open their car windows. The window mechanism is frozen solid, so you have to open your door to give your drive-thru order at McD's or sushi joint. If you happen to press the window button by mistake, you hear the window motor start, then groan to a stop accompanied by grinding and popping noises in your door from the frozen mechanism. And you cringe, "Oh jeez, I forgot! Hope nothing broke." Anyway, tons-o-fun!
I digress. Think snow.

Night skiing until 6:00 PM on both sides. Technically, Friday is not the weekend, so close at 6:00, while Sunday night is still the weekend so close at 7:30 PM. Right.
