There has been a good dump of snow overnight which is around 17cm in the Kitanomine village. Cloud is hovering from above halfway up the resort. Visibility on the lower half of the mountain looks good, upper mountain will likely be fair visibility until the cloud lifts. It is a cold morning currently at -16c, the high will be -8c.
