It is another windy start to the day with strong gusts around town. The resort has suspended the operation of Kitanomine Gondola due to the wind. The forecast is for high cloud, and at the moment it is partly cloudy with clear conditions. Expect some wind blown powder in places, and firm piste in areas that are exposed to the wind. Wind speed 5m/s at base and 20m/s near the top.
