Furano was battered by a storm of wind and snow throughout yesterday. That seems to have passed but there are still light to moderate winds at the moment. The day is starting off with high cloud, and visibility on the mountain looks to be okay. It is -8c now and the high will only be a bit more at -6. Snow is expected in the afternoon.
