Yesterday strong winds and snow hit Furano, depositing a little more snow on the ground.


It is a nice morning and the snow flurries have stopped for now. The sun is forecast to move to cloudy conditions during the day. Some rain is on the forecast to high elevations over the weekend.


Furano Ski Area will open 23 November.
