It is snowing lightly and forecast to keep snowing through until midday. It is -10c now and the high will go up to -5c. There is 6cm of new snow on the ground at village level. Visibility is good with plenty of light breaking through the clouds. There have been no updates from the resort on the opening of Kitanomine, but it must be close now. There are no changes to lift operations and open courses for today.
