It is a nice wintery morning and there is 12cm of very light dry powder blanketing the village. A trickle of snow is coming down from the sky and the forecast does show that snowfall is expected to remain throughout the day. It is cloud cover above, no significant breeze at base, and visibility is okay. It is -7c which is close to the high of the day -5c.
