Happy New Year 2024 from Furano. The morning could not be more perfect with the sun just rising now against a pure blue sky over the resort. There is no wind and the forecast is to stay clear and sunny through the day. It is currently a chilly -14c and the high of the day will only go as far as -7c. Great snow conditions over the entire mountain and yesterday's weather added another 11cm at base level.
