Happy New Year from Furano Now, and what better way to start 2014 than get out on the mountain and carve some turns on the immaculately groomed slopes.
If it is powder you are after head for the Premium Zone which will be open today between 11am-2pm. There has been 5cm of new snow overnight. Temperatures are sitting just below zero so it is not going to be a particularly cold day.
The snow radar is looking promising with light snow forecast through until the end of the week.
