Posted on Friday 14th March 2014 This is an archived report. The latest Furano Now report can be found here.
The moderate wind from yesterday has reduced and now there are only light breezes blowing. There is around 3cm of new snow on the ground this morning and this is sitting on top of a firm base - piste conditions will be firm and fast. The ski hill itself has high cloud sitting over it but the sun is breaking through. All up it looks like a great day to head out and carve some turns.
Due to ski competitions the following courses are closed: Spies and Ropeway courses are closed until 16/March, Panorama & Technical closed until 14/March.
