It is a bluebird morning over the resort with clear views through to Tokachidake. Cloud cover likely to increase by afternoon. Snow is not expected today but there has been a 2cm dusting overnight. There is no wind. The current temperature is -10c and the high is forecast to break through zero to +1c around 3pm - and then head back down below freezing.
