There is a light breeze in the village this morning causing snow that has built up on the white birch trees to fall off occasionally, leaving a puff of powder in the air. The day is pretty clear with plenty of sun and some very high cloud. Temperatures are cold again today, currently at -8c, but it will warm up to -4c and the sun should be around until afternoon. There has been another 9cm of very light powder overnight. Tomorrow morning will be much warmer and bring with it some rain and then on Monday evening heavy snow is forecast with stronger winds.
