Kamui Misaka is located in Fuefuki city in Yamanashi Prefecture.
Artificial snow making machines are used extensively at Kamui Misaka with any heavy natural snowfall being a bonus. It takes about 90 minutes to get to Kamui Misaka from central Tokyo so it is a popular day trip from the capital. The courses are suited mainly for beginners, and there is one course (Family Course) that is skiers-only.
Kamui Misaka has been operating since 1988.
