Koumi Re-Ex Ski Valley is located in Koumi town in the central-eastern region of Nagano Prefecture. It is on the eastern side of the mountain range from the other ski areas in the nearby region. There are five ski lifts at this ski area - 1 quad and 4 pairs - and a 'cable car', a short funicular railway that connects the base with the hotel by the side of the lower slopes. If you have a valid 1 day ticket for nearby Chateraise Resort Yatsugatake, you can pay a little extra to get a one day or half-day ticket for Koumi Re-Ex.
