Mineyama Kogen Resort WHITE PEAK is a brand new ski hill opening for the 2017-2018 snow season. Apparently it has been 14 years since a brand new ski hill appeared in Japan. Mineyama Kogen Resort WHITE PEAK is located on the eastern slopes of Gyoseizan in Kamikawa town, in the central region of Hyogo Prefecture. The three courses are serviced by one 862m triple lift (Forest Line) and one 758m pair lift (Mountain Line).
Hyogo Prefecture is located in the Kansai region of western Japan. It stretches the width of the country and has a coastline both on the Sea of Japan to the north and on the Seto Inland Sea to the south. Most of the ski and snowboard resorts in Hyogo Prefecture are located in the northern region of the Prefecture. Mineyama Kogen Resort WHITE PEAK is the most southerly of the ski hills in Hyogo.

As the 2018-2019 winter season approaches, we are gradually updating the information on these pages (for every ski resort in Japan).
Many ski resorts in Japan do not update their own information until late autumn. Our process of updating information will be ongoing right through until the end of November. In the meantime, ski resorts usually open and close around the same dates each year - so even if the planned season dates shown on this page are still from the 18-18 season, they can be used as a good indication of the upcoming season.

It is very important to us that the information presented on SnowJapan is correct and up-to-date. Checks and updates are made throughout the year. If you find information that you feel needs checking and updating, please let us know by contacting us. We appreciate your support.
