Ojiro review
Over all, I'd say it was a great mountain to be on. It had a pretty good selection of conditions for the limited number of runs it has. They have a decent terrain park and some areas they leave a bit ungroomed so even if there hasn't been snow, there's powder to be had.

It has a bit of a "best kept secret" feel to it, though it is kinda popular. There are plenty of people around but definitely not crowded and the lift lines are very small and you're not left standing there long.

All in all, it's a great space to learn in or just have fun. Because it has a nice selection of steep and flatter, plus the terrain park and half pipe (which wasn't open when I was there, but was a pretty long pipe), it's a great place to go to learn or practice.

But, if you're an adventurer who likes to try as many different trails and cover an entire mountain range, this may not be the mountain for you!
Date visited: From 08 January, 2011
Snow condition on visit: Groomed in most places; hadn't snowed that day
Things I liked: Small crowds, good learning space, nice runs
Things I didn't like: Smaller mountain, limited trail selection
