The hotel is getting older but still is a great deal for us after 10 years of going there.

Rooms have hotplates and fridges. Onsen in hotel overlooking slopes, plus small pools on a different floor (extra fee supposedly charged, but most don't pay I think).

Hotel ski lockers are 10m from slope.

Area itself is kid-friendly. Not as challenging as neighboring Cortina. Combined tix are a good way to cover a lot of ground.

Warmer (and less snow) than some other areas due to sunshine-still, there seemed to be more than the 70cm listed-no rocks or dirt on slopes I skied.
Date visited: From March, 2007
Snow condition on visit: New snow on a shallow base. Warm in afternoon.
Things I liked: Great access to slopes, onsen, pool
Things I didn't like: Conditions
