This was my first ski of the season an d fortunately there was plenty of snow, especially at the top of the slopes. The gondola takes you to the top of the 2000m peak and there are a selection of courses down to the bottom; some of the intermediate courses are fairly steep though and it is easy to stray off as I did and find yourself in the middle of the mogul course.

Very nice restaurants now so things have improved since the last reviews and the lift ticket also includes a meal and drink coupon which made it a reasonably priced day out. No blaring music on most of the courses and some fantastic views from the top and on the runs.

To sum it up not a huge resort but the snow conditions were good and there are some really nice higaeri onsen on the road back to the highway.
Date visited: From 09 February, 2007
Snow condition on visit: Not powder but good given the weather this year
Things I liked: Very quiet, not many people, no waits
Things I didn't like: A bit of a hike from the IC
