Visited the resort on a family ski trip on a weekday, 12/27.

While the slopes were a bit icy, I thought that the management was doing a good job keeping snow on the runs this early in the season with the temperatures being as high as they have been. This is one of the closest places to Tokyo to ski and it is a very enjoyable place to visit. You are essentially in Mt. Fuji's shadow and this makes for some great scenery as you drive to the resort.

Lots of good Onsens in the area as well.
