Kunizakai Kogen Snow Park review by Dogchop
I went here with a friend for a bit of variety and got more or less what I expected. This place is ideal for families and beginners.

What does this place have to offer an advanced boarder / skier? Very little beyond warming-up for going somewhere else.

What does this place offer an intermediate boarder (like me)? Right over on the far right hand side there is a box and a jump. If anyone wants to learn how to use these things away from the crowds of jeering spectators, this is the place for you.

We went when the snow had been falling all night, and continued to fall all day. Even so, the condition of the snow was pretty poor from noon onward. I suspect snow quality can be a problem here, due to its altitude or lack thereof.
Date visited: From 05 January, 2006
Snow condition on visit: Fresh powder, slightly wettish
Things I liked: Pretty quiet in spots
Things I didn't like: Snow condition - deteriorated fast
