I guess I have been spoiled by the real snow in Niigata because this was one of the worst times I have had snowboarding or should I call it, "Slushboarding"? It was so seemingly dangerous I wound up staying at the bottom slope the whole time.

Maybe it is due to a mild winter but my board was all over the place. The resort itself is pretty relaxing unless you park in the first parking lot below the resort and have to hike up to the slopes. There is a nice little gondola and a playland for kids. The snowboard park however was fun to watch even if I saw a handful of people get taken out trying to ride the rail and the tabletop.

Overall, I would say, spend the extra money and travel to where the real snow is...not in Ishikawa.
