Assistant Hotel & Front Office Manager
The Ridge Hotel & Apartments (Hakuba)

We are seeking a professional and diligent person to provide a high level of guest services and office management at all times.


Details:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with check-in and check-out of guests
• Respond to guest enquiry emails
• Manage guest service bookings
• Maintain reservation system
• Enforce high standards of property standards and service
• Provide administrative and other area support during peak periods

To be successful, you will have or be:

• Neat and well-dressed at all times in public
• Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Proactive, diligent, confident, flexible, team player and friendly attributes
• Restaurant and bar experience - desirable
