Fine and sunny, some cloud
Good morning from Yuzawa.
I think an early report is safe today!
Clear blue skies looking north with some clouds around over Yuzawa, but fine weather and sunshine is forecast for the day today. It is going to be another fine day and warmer than yesterday, perhaps as warm as 16C in town this afternoon and perhaps even slightly warmer than that. Certainly some contrast with just a few days ago.
There might be some rain tonight but probably more sun tomorrow.
Maiko Snow Resort will re-open for tomorrow and Sunday for their last weekend of the season.
And when we get to Monday, we will be left with just the Kandatsu Kogen, GALA Yuzawa and Kagura resorts remaining open.

Mostly blue skies
Good morning from Hakuba.
Well, it might have been quite chilly early on but it is quickly warming up today and if local forecasts are correct a high temperature getting up to over 15C will be reached early afternoon. That is one big contrast from earlier this week.
It is mostly blue skies above us with some thin high cloud.
There is a chance of some light rain or light snow (presumably at higher elevations) overnight tonight as temperatures drop, but sunny clear skies are forecast for the day tomorrow; though it won't be quite as warm as today.
