Weather conditions:

It's rather windy out there this morning unfortunately and it's affecting lifts... the Niseko Annupuri and Niseko Village lifts aren't opening as planned early on due to the wind, but it would seem that Niseko Grand Hirafu at please plans to open. Best to check that if you plan on getting out.
A mix of blue sky and cloudy conditions likely today, and not as warm as it has been - temperatures aren't expected to rise much beyond 10 degrees today it would seem. So a bit chilly especially with the wind.
Wind might affect things tomorrow as well taking a look at the forecast, along with the chance of some rain later on in the day.
