Snow has been spotted again! The top part of Naeba had snow yesterday morning and the main slope of Kagura was very visible - and white - from the Minamiuonuma-gun valley. After the cold start yesterday turned into a fine day with bright sunshine and good views of the hills.
This morning the snow has crept back up to just the tops of the higher peaks, and it is much more cloudy and grey. The sun is just making a few brief appearances through the clouds at times.
Currently it's looking like tomorrow might bring rain with cloud on Sunday and then perhaps more rain into next week.
