Conditions have been warm overnight so the snow pack will be spring conditions from early morning. Tomorrow should see sunny conditions prevail. Read more ...

Another beautiful day today and the seem to be a host of people intent on enjoying it on snow, with a steady stream of cars with skis and boards attached heading to Tenjin.
Yesterday was sunny all day but the temperature remained about 13 degrees for much of the day. Today will be a bit different as it already feels warm this morning and again the sun is due to shine all day.
It is set to cloud over tonight and we have the possibility of some spring showers over the next few days so today could well be the best day to be on the slopes.
It's more of the same again here with a very warm start to the day and fine weather again. 8 degrees as I post this and it might rise to around 15 degrees in the village later on in the day. It's going to be warm on the mountain so a really good day to enioy spring skiing out there.
Tomorrow will likely be cooler, more cloudy and with a chance of rain followed by a few more days of similar conditions.

A fine start to the day it is too! Warm too, in the village it is currently 7 degrees and feeling very spring-like. Up on the top of the resort, it is 2 degrees and they are reporting 5-10cm less snow than yesterday... the melt is on!
So basically similar to how things were yesterday.
