Yesterday was a fine day though it ended up more grey than blue skies, but still bright.

Overnight it remained mild but we had some strong winds and heavy rain just earlier. Right now it is actually just over 10 degrees here in town, so very mild. Kagura are forecasting a high of +6 even up there.

The rain seems to have eased off the for moment and it almost looks like it might end up being sunny, though the forecast is for rain showers all day.

Strong winds mean that the Tashiro part of Kagura is closed today. Kagura is only open from the Mitsumata Ropeway to the Kagura Number 1 quad.

It might be mild and rain now, but things are still looking very encouraging from late tomorrow onwards into the weekend. Hoping that lots of snow will be with us by the weekend. (Obviously!)
