There's more freshies to be had out there again today, with a top up of about 25cm from 9pm last night.

Yesterday there was some great riding, but unfortunately some very long queues as a lot of the upper lifts were closed, causing bottle-necks at the main access lifts. Annupuri was definitely the choice of yesterday and will definitely be the place to go again today.

Caution needs to be taken though, as the layer of snow beneathe the powder is quite icey and can give your knees a nasty shock now and then, so take care.

The temperatures will continue to drop as the week continues, with the occasional flutter of snow and potentially some blue skies. It seems the next major snowfalls will not be coming until the end of this week to early next week.

Get out there and have some fun, particularly with the upper lifts being opened up, there will be some awesome bottomless snow around King #3 and Hanazono #3 lifts.

Just an afternoon update for you all. There was some great riding to be had today, some of the best for the season so far. We've had another 5 or so cms in the village during the day and about 10cms up high. It is currently snowing lightly in the village. Temperatures will dip pretty low tonight and this weather pattern will continue for the next day or so as the low pressure system that brought all of this lovely snow is slowly moving away to the North East.
