Another fantastic day yesterday and it is looking like today will be more of the same.

Yes, we have more snow to report on this morning of April 7th! Goryu say 20cm, Hakuba 47 say another 10-15cm on the upper slopes. Really great snow as well, not wet spring-like stuff, oh no! It's just awesome to be on the receiving end of this late blast of winter and I hope that you will be able to get out and enjoy it. Or at least enjoy reading about it. It's not as if the snow from the previous days had been all tracked out - resorts are generally very quiet - but who doesn't like a good topup?
Places should be a bit busier today of course as it is the weekend, but people should certainly be enjoying themselves out there.

Anyway, yes new snowfall on the mountains and down in the village as well. It is still snowing and should be for most of the day today. It's all looking like mid-winter. Maybe not as cold as mid-winter, in village at least, where currently it is 0 degrees but it should be plenty cold up top.

From tomorrow, we are due some sunshine perhaps even for a run of days as things are set to warm up somewhat. Sounds like a perfect weekend to me...

[Please note that tomorrow's Hakuba Now update will probably be later in the day, but it's looking almost certain to be a sunny one!]
