Fresh snow this morning in Hakuba. End of March? Really? Doesn't feel like it! It's a cold morning and this morning I bring news of Cortina reporting 30cm of fresh snow, Hakuba 47 reporting 20cm and Goryu between 15cm and 20cm on the slopes. It's not mad cold but a chilly -1 degrees at the moment and some snow on the ground in the village too, so it is feeling like winter once again. Should be some really good conditions out there this morning.

Not much of the mountains are visible at all from village and so on the mountains it's going to be generally fairly poor visibility all round this morning.

The snow should be easing off as the day moves on and while we might see some light snow on and off tomorrow, Monday will very probably bring with it some clearer skies and warmer temperatures.
