It was all about the wet variety of snow yesterday, though luckily we escaped the full on heavy rain that some other places not too far away got. There'll be some icy/hard conditions out there I would imagine today.

This morning things are much clearer. There's a layer of fairly low cloud above the village but it's clearer up top, and if not blue skies a more silver feel to the sky colour. The sun is shining down in places though through the thin cloud and it feels like it might clear up some.

No fresh snowfall in the village to report anyway this morning though some resorts reporting snowfall from yesterday of 5cm and up to 15cm (guess where).

It is currently about -2C in the village here and top of resort hanging at around -6C early this morning.

So generally clouds skies but bright and a slight breeze.

Tomorrow should be clearer from the get go and remain relatively mild. Still looking good for snow to arrive by night time though and then a potentially considerably dump of snow due on Friday into Saturday. I say yes! (And strong winds as well. I say no!)
