Good morning from Hakuba.

Well, yesterday was... warm, as we expected. The morning rain eased off. It was a bit windy.

Colder today and probably colder still tomorrow. Cloud and light rain.

As you can see from the webcam images below, there is a thick band of cloud around the mountains and while visibility is good down at village level it's rather limited on the slopes.

Hakuba Happo-one

Official snow depth:
- Kurobishi: 270cm
- Usagidaira: 170cm
- Nakiyama: 40cm

Notes:
- Restrictions on most base areas of the resort
- Urakuro and Omusubi areas are closed
- Hakuba Happo-one plans to be open until Monday 6th May

Official snow depth:
- Top: 280cm
- Toomi: 140cm
- Iimori: 80cm

Notes:
- All courses open apart from Adventure and Snow Diving (both now closed for the season)
- Hakuba Goryu plans to be open until Monday 6th May

Official snow depth:
- Top: 225cm
- Base: 80cm

Notes:
- All courses are open
- Note: Generally the Line D lift usually operates if and when the gondola is not operating

- Tsuga-no-mori: 255cm
- Han-no-ki: 230cm
- Maruyama: 85cm
- Shirakaba: 200cm

Notes:
- Tsugaike Ropeway is now generally open for spring operations (check for daily operation plans)
