It's a pretty cold start to the morning but we're expecting to see it warm up quite a lot today. The sun is going to be out for the day, seemingly under the impression that it's spring! Silly sun.

Yes today and tomorrow in particular it's going to be the warmest days of the year so far and may even rise to approaching double digits here in the village tomorrow.

Sun and clear skies expected today with more cloud tomorrow to be followed by a fair chance of rain.

Looking back on yesterday, I enjoyed a very fine morning over at Cortina. Some great fresh conditions to be found in the morning in particular. By mid afternoon some of the cloud had cleared and there was blue sky and some sun in places too.

So, when will the cold conditions return? Wish I knew, but it should start to get colder again once we get into the new week.

For now enjoy the weekend wherever you choose to slide. Don't forget the camera - some stunning scenery to be enjoyed this morning.
