Sunny skies and already warming up this morning here in Hakuba as the sun beams down on the resorts. Some clouds still lingering around this morning but hopefully these will burn off soon with the warming today.

One can expect to find some nice springish conditions on the lower slopes today and still find good dry packed powder up higher. There are some serious mogul fields forming out there on the resorts for those of you who enjoy the bumps, but also good chopped pow and crud on non-groomed runs.

We were expecting to have sunshine today and happily are enjoying a good weekend ski day with warm temps and soft springlike snow. Get your sun glasses and sun cream out as it is going to be bright!
