Again today there are plenty of fresh tracks to be found, with another moderate snow fall again last night. Not as much as was expected, but enough to keep everyone happy. The biggest problem today is the wind, already lifts are closing and so there will probably be limited lift access throughout the day.

As it is also the weekend the congestion on the lifts is photo worthy this morning at Happo One. If you see a ridiculously long line try another lift, often shorter lifts have shorter queues. It may mean that you have to change a few times to get to the top of the mountain but I am sure it will be faster than waiting for the longer lifts, and it will definitely be warmer.

The temperature is meant to warm up again tomorrow, with expected temperatures of around 9 degrees. This will change snow conditions dramatically, with snow getting wet a heavy. So make the most of the day today, enjoy the sunshine and be careful on the slopes today, as they will be extremely busy.
