Good morning, and what a great morning it is indeed!

The blessing of fresh new snow began yesterday afternoon and continued into the night and the early hours, tempting all those eager to get out for fresh tracks in the morning. We have recorded 25-30cms of new snow, with the tops of the mountain being blessed with almost 40cms this morning. The snow is kind of heavy up top, but fresh pow nonetheless.

A beautiful bluebird day to compliment the fresh snow, with crisp south easterly winds picking up this afternoon, bringing in low setting clouds, and hopefully more snow, although it looks like we won't be getting any more until early Saturday morning. Fingers crossed....
