Good morning from Appi,

Well the temperatures are on the rise today and we’ve got some wet snow falling. Right now it’s -1 outside with relatively light winds for now at least. We may well see a temperature of 2 degrees at the base and perhaps -3 or a little lower at the summit.

Snowfall most of the day today and tomorrow with perhaps a total of 15-20 cm today. The temperatures are expected to fall tomorrow to around -6 so we may have a little ice layer develop overnight unfortunately. Looking further into the week we’ll probably see another good snowfall on Thursday into Friday with stable temperatures in the -4 to -6 zone.

All the runs were well used by noon yesterday but for those of you visiting today expect fairly light crowds and some fresh snow to play in especially on the Second and Sailer runs.
