Good morning from the Urabandai.

As I write this, it is cloudy in the are to the north of Mt. Bandai and fair towards the south area. The clouds have appeared since the early morning photos (below) were taken today).

However, according to the forecast it should be sunny through tomorrow with some rain due around the 21th which is a national holiday.

There is no snow forecast for the coming week.

The Minowa resort has announced that they will end their season on April 7th, which is earlier than usual.

You can see Nekoma has a lot of snow from the photos below and Grandeco still has 210cm of (official) snow depth at the moment.

To find better snow conditions at ski hills still open in this area, it's probably best to check Nekoma and Grandeco.

For today though, there are still many options to choose from and it is a fine day to be outside.

---

The photos for today are from Nekoma (the first two) and Grandeco, when it was clearer!
