igloo 3
Anyone here not like sushi? I just can't get to like it, my nose rejects seaweed before it gets to the mouth. I wish I did like it.... Anyone else?
Ocean11 0
I hate the dried out sushi you get at company parties and the like, where the rice has been standing so long it gets a crust on it, and the edges go hard. Served with warm Super Dorai of course. I also hate revolution sushi with dobs of mayonnaise all over it. But good, fresh sushi is great. Make mine shako for starters please. Alexander L 80
you can take the tamago sushi, but the fishy oil from the chef's hands might make you gag.
snowdude 44
I love sushi especially Magaro, Tai, salmon and sardine. I also like Uni eaten live. Ate that at a sushi restaurant in tsukuji a few years ago. The sushi chef guts the sea urchin smashes it in his hand while still alive tto stun it hen puts it onto the rice for you to eat. Alexander L 80
I keep away from toro and bluefin. Tuna not really my thing and I don't want to jeopardize the bluefin.

I eat as much of it as I can get. Want to enjoy while it lasts! Thats exactly what I do with the shark's fin and panda. But, unfortunately, I just don't like the tuna. Chriselle 158
Hamasushi at least once a week....usually our Friday night family out for dinner spot. 90% of the sushi I eat is salmon. Sometimes I'll try some hamachi, engawa, or hotate but I'm not such a huge fan of most of it.
Alexander L 80
no thanks thats a shame Beev, my favourite sushi and crab restaurants are in Sapporo. Tokyo have good ones too, but they have a real snobby attitude if you're not in a suit and on company expense* *caveat, the standing 100yen sushi joints are ace.
miller 1
Places I know in Tokyo don't have any snobby attitudes.
JA2340 16
Love sushi!! Whatever there is! - have a few "not gunna eat" things, but the majority of sushi is good to go! +1 does a fair to reasonable makizushi, the locals are impressed in any case - and i will finish it off given the chance!
