METAL 0
What you think of newest Metallica? I used to be into them early on, then didn't like the 90's but St Anger was a mess.

St. Anger was a complete and total waste of time and money including their own. After load and Re-load they should of hung it up and called it a good time. Starting with their black album and continuing forward it's like you could basically hear them sliding downhill. I think they have hit rock bottom. I really don't listen to them that much, but there are days it is called for.

damian 0
Listening to a Sydney band called Cog. They have been around for a while, but I am always behind the so called scene. Listening to a recent album called 'The New Normal'. They are local to my home area of Sydney (Bondi) so perhaps I am biased. Snowboard Freak - you around? What say you of Cog? http://www.cog.com.au/cog.html

Ocean11 0
"The Diary of Alicia Keys". I like Alicia. She seems like a spunky girl. Her sound makes her one of the few true inheritors of 60s R&B.
yamayamayama 2
I recently gave some old Smiths songs a whirl. "These Things Take Time", some old bsides. Effortless classics. Brilliant.
scouser 4
Some of my favourite Smiths tracks are "b-sides", brilliant stuff.

scouser 4
rach he still has his moments with the lyrics - maybe not as many. It's that Mozzer/Marr magic that has been unfortunately lost.
veronica 2
New Goldfrapp is the one I'm listening to a lot recently. Also catching up on the DM catalogue in preparation for their new one which apparently is very dark & moody (just what I want!)
