Markie 0
I was just watching my recent acquisition from Tokyo - a Utada Hiraru DVD. She has been my idol for several years, possessing all the important qualities: gorgeous, talented and Japanese. However, I was very disappointed when I heard her speak fluent English on the DVD without any hint of a Japanese accent. That dampened my adoration of her a lot. That sorta confirms (for me) my original claim that the Japanese English is a turn-on for me.

enderzero 0
Speaking of strictly sexy - it has to be a French girl with a thick accent speaking English. Just like the French hampster in the english dub version of Hamtaro.
