grungy-gonads 54
Do any of you guys and gals find NTT to be the most un-friendly, un-cooperative and un-consumer focused companies out there. Every time I need something (internet, ISDN, ADSL, etc) the simplest thing seems to take forever, endless frustrating discussion, lots of money and unfriendly service. Am I getting the normal NTT treatment?
brit-gob 9
NTT - should be added to Axis of Evil. Or even Axis of Most Evil. I hate them too. They suck big time. At times they seem to treat customers with utter contempt.
nzlegend 1
crick you neck take a deep breath and jump on the NTT carousel of "delays, despair and incompetence" take few loops and go nowhere and pay the earth for it too
Ocean11 0
I haven't had any problems with them (apart from the annoying SMAP commercials on TV). They provide me with very fast, reliable Internet connection at a reasonable price. When something goes wrong, they're quick to sort it out. And they order J-E translations that are extraordinarily repetitious and that my Translation Memory software just eats up - I just press a button and they throw money at me! mina2 6
They've been shite in the experiences I've ad with em too. I might feel differently if they were giving me money.
Mr Sensational 0
They took ages when I got ADSL set up, I had to take a day off work the day it got installed because they couldn't tell me even about when they could come, it cost a fortune for about 10 minutes work, and they are just crap. scouser 4
I've found them to be slow, confusing (is it NTT or OCN or what?), and expensive.
