although i do like the pickled things here, i miss some nice klaussen's dill pickles so much! when i was living in the states i would go thru at least a jar a week. oh my mouth is watering now just thinking about them...

my grandparents being eastern european pickled everything. jarred peaches, beats, onions, gralic, sweet and hot pepers, cucumbers, fish, you name in and they would pickle it or jar it for the winter.

 

I mis spicy crispy pickles the most. A little dill a hot pepper, salt vinegar yummy.

Piccalilli is a fantastic pickle that is basically made up mainly of cauliflower and onions. Bright yellow in color and very good. The best brand being Bartons, by far - others just don't make the mark. Try it out.
