On my private email accounts I use MailWasher that silently bins spam so I have no idea how much I'm getting. Maybe one or two spam mails get through to Outlook per week, and I use those to refine my MailWasher filters. Link to post Share on other sites
bobby12 0 Posted October 23, 2003 Share Posted October 23, 2003 I think the trick is never to write your email address down on the internet. e.g. dont use write it on any webpages or forums. also, when you register to use a site, make sure you uncheck the box that allows them to send you loads of spam. and dont sign up with dodgy looking sites. and dont use hotmail because it is shite! I have a few yahoo email address I use for a seperate project I have, and those address never get any spam even though I have been using them for a year.
