I thought it was OK, but nothing too special or amazing--both in terms of parts 1 and 2, as well as in terms of movies in general. Ending was crap and I am still confused but can't be bothered thinking about it anymore. Enjoyed the ride but some cheesy sections and typical Hollywood story lines. Do you mean the final fight between Neo and Agent Smith? I'm not 100% sure on all that either.
