woywoy 0
Its not fair to have 1 kid. So 2 is a good round number but 3 would be good if you had enough dosh to feed and clothe the rugrats.

montoya 0
interesting articles: http://moneycentral.msn.com/content/CollegeandFamily/Raisekids/P37245.asp http://moneycentral.msn.com/articles/family/kids/tlkidscost.asp it estimates costs of around $170,000 to raise a child up to the late teens (not including college), for a middle-class family in the US not sure if it would be cheaper/more expensive in Japan... veronica 2
I'm not into thinking about kids myself, but whats wrong with 1? I don't see that as in the least bit unfair. I have a friend who has 3 kids, all born in a period of just over 4 years. In their situation, the middle one seems to get a rough deal - he never got the attention that the 1st and 3rd one got, and has suffered from it.
gammaman 0
3. I`m the middle one of three. Nothing wrong with me!!! Never felt left out either, always thought I had the best of both worlds. Going on a limb here, but surely there is more (unfair) expectation if you`re the only one? Reckon my Mum would be far more agitated with me all the way over here if it wasn`t for my brother and sister getting married and producing little nippers already.
