scouser 4
If they release a good Winning Eleven (Pro Evolution in other countries) for this I will be very very tempted.
DokiDokiWakuWaku 0
Are they still going to release movies on that thing? I cant find much info on that at all.
joshnii 2
They reckon so but nothing has been announced. Sounds like a bit of a crappy idea to me - people already have DVDs they dont want to buy on different discs as well.
SKI 15
February 3, 2005 - Sony Computer Entertainment America today announced the North American launch date and pricing structure for its anticipated PlayStation Portable (PSP) handheld. The device, which launched in Japan last year, is set to debut in the US and Canada on March 24 for suggested retail prices of $249 USD and $299.99 CND respectively. Unlike the Japanese launch, which offered a base PSP package for approximately $185 USD, North American buyers will only be able to get one bundle, the pricier PSP Value Pack. The good news is that the Pack comes standard with a good number of extras that help make the purchase worthwhile, including a 32MB Memory Stick Duo, headphones with remote control, battery pack, AC adaptor, soft case, and cleaning cloth. In addition, the bundle boasts a movie/music/game sampler UMD disc with non-interactive demos. On top of everything else, the first one million people to purchase a PSP in the US will receive a bonus UMD featuring the full feature film Spider-Man 2.

BagOfCrisps 24
They've delayed this little beast again for the UK - it'll only come put here sometime in September!! And for I heard about 180 quid (so thats about 36000 yen, rip off city again) Are they selling like very popular hot cakes over there??
grungy-gonads 54
They seem to have stock here (not that I've been actively looking). 180 quid hey? You might as well get one sent over from Japan if you're wanting one.... games are region free.
scouser 4
We could make a bit of cash on this I reckon. Some of the import stores over in the UK ask outrageous prices for unreleased gear like this. I took a Gameboy Advance home to the UK to give to a cousin when it was just released here and way off from being released back home - he subsequently became extremely popular at school!
